SHIPPING POLICY

FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY – ROYAL MAIL, 2 nd Class


We aim to ship orders within 2-4 working days after they have been placed.

You will also be notified once your parcel leaves us.
Orders sent through Royal Mail 2 nd Class can be expected within 2-3 working days from the original dispatch date. Estimated delivery times may vary; we politely request your understanding and patience in any potential circumstances of unforeseen delays occurring on the part of our couriers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

Customer satisfaction with orders is of utmost importance to us. We understand, however,
that not everything may be the right fit. In the case that you would like to return your
product(s), please contact us at info@mycocco.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, and we will
get the process started for you.
Please be advised that the buyer is responsible for any incurred return postage fees and the
safe delivery of all returned products. Please keep proof of postage for reference - we
recommend using a tracked delivery service.
The full value of the returned product(s) will be refunded provided the products have not been
used, are in their original condition and are in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we are
unable to refund delivery fees applied during checkout.
If you have received your order and something has been damaged during transit, please
contact us at info@mycocco.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. Please include details of your
order including photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on
the circumstances and your preferences.
